    Description

    There was a 40% silver planchet that was delivered to the Denver mint in error. It was originally supposed to be sent to the San Francisco Mint where they were making 40% silver Ike dollars. There were not supposed to be ANY 1974 Denver Mint 40% Silver Ike Dollars. This is an extremely rare coin where only 30 or so have been located thus far. Let me know if you have any questions
