    I have same business day handling time on all items purchased before 8 am EST, Monday through Friday, and a 1 business day handling time on all purchases made after 8 am EST.   I use FedEx and USPS for shipping. If a tracking number is available, it will be sent to you.
    Returns are accepted on any item that is defective. Please email me through eBay to correct any problem.  Items must be returned in the same condition as when they left in order to receive a full refund, i.e. DVDs, video games, and the like must still be sealed with my seal or factory seal.
