    Description

    Four bold butterflies on a white field, bordered with stripes of teal blue and bright red and a wide band of navy blue.
    Woven on a simple loom with a cotton weft and wool for the design. The weft is tied to make a fringe at each end.
    From an estate sale, so I'm not sure where it was acquired. The owner was a teacher who traveled often to Central and South America.
