8" MADAME ALEXANDER "WIZARD w/ BALLOON" #13280-NRFB The Wizard of Oz Doll

This is the "Wizard w/ Balloon" (#13280) from The Wizard of Oz Collection by Madame Alexander. The Wizard (who has never been removed from his box) and the hot air balloon are included with this very hard to find set!  It is the anniversary edition, and as such includes a gold wrist tag along with the regular wrist tag, original box and cards.
