A. Raynaud Limoges France Les Oiseaux (The Birds) 6 Cups & Saucers 1 Bread Plate
This is a set of 6 cups and saucers with 1 matching bread plate made by A. Raynaud in Limoges France.  Each is in the Les Oixseau pattern aka The Birds. It features and embossed basketweave design on the creamy white porcelain.  There are birds on the cups and plate with various insects all around including small moths or butterflies.   Each cup stands 2 1/2" tall and the saucers measures 6 1/2" across.  The bread plate is 6 1/2" across.  All are Bone China.
Included are:
2 #1 Cups they feature a red breasted bird and blue bird with purple breast sitting on a branch
1 #2 cup features a colorful bird landing and a blue bird like a nuthatch sitting
1 #3 cup features a red breasted bird sitting on a branch with a blue bird sitting directly below
2 #4 cups features a sparrow like bird to the right and a blue flycatcher like bird sitting to the left
Saucers have the same sort of bugs or moths located in different spots on the piece.
Bread Plate is #3 features a red breasted bird sitting on a branch with a blue bird sitting directly below
Set is in Excellent Condition with no chips, nicks or cracks. They do not look as though they have been used. The bread plate still has the original Jaccard's store sticker on the bottom.  Please view the photos for a better description. I have other neat things listed.  Please view
