Grasp both ends of the wheel to open it
Pick your shoes up, stick in the shoe heel;
Using both hands to beat both ends of the wheel inward tightly (the shoe and the pulley should be close);
After adjusting the width, remove the shoe and tighten the screws;
Put feet up, buckle the elastic cord, to prevent loosening.
