This proud saddlebred stallion embodies the athleticism and charisma of the saddlebred horse. As his name suggests, this American breed originated in Kentucky in the 1700's. known today for being an elegant show horse, over the course of history saddelbred was also the mount of choice for several American military leaders.
Livingston's bay pinto coat sets him apart from the herd. saddlebreds are found with just about every coat color, including pinto patterns. The first record of a pinto saddlebred foal was noted in the late 1800's. In the 1930's, these colorful coats gained popularity within the breed. During this time, the breed's markings were recorded and they were recorded and registered as pinto saddlebreds.
The combination of their incredible presence and unique gaits have earned the saddlebred breed the nickname "peacock of the show ring." add pinto markings to the mix, and you have one head-turning American classic!
