Chuckie Stane authentic Caithness Paperweight is an artists proof, the last piece made by the designer to approve the edition to be run.  This was in the Colin Terris Designer Collection, a 150 piece limited edition made in 1997, designed by Colin Terris for Caithness Scotland.  It’s a vivid lavender with burst of color in sliced ovoid shape.  Outside is frosted; clear slice creates a window to the interior to view the design.  3″ diameter.
“Chuckie Stane” is a Scottish expression for a pebble or stone found at the edge of the ocean.
