    Description

    This is a most charming Rosebud from Caithness Glass studios in 1980; c 8 cm diam. Complete with original hinged red Caithness box and certificate. The charming blue ande white tip rose bud lies upon a golden sand ground. Certificate states as "Rosebud - a traditonal style paperweight which combines the two skills of lampworking and paperweight making .. .edition size 50, edit no 14 . . . . " Issued in a Limited edition worldwide of just 50, and Fully Subscribed. The underside shows engraved as "Caithness - Scotland - no 14" with "80" cane. This is a most charming weight and of great style, rarely offered and of exceptional style.
