For sale is a COPELAND FJAH-039Z-TFD-140 4Hp Commercial Condensing Unit.
I purchased this unit
new
about 3 years ago.  Little knowledge I had at that time, I wasn't aware this unit is a 3Ph unit.  And at my business location, I only have single phase connection.  So therefore, I was unable to make a use of it and had to purchase another compatible unit.
So, this unit sat in the same place for the last 3 years, in the same box it came in.  Although, it is very well packed.  the unit looks the way it did back then, but that is expected as it hasn't been touched.  Pictures are of the actual item.  what you see is what you get, nothing more.  Since I don't have a 3Ph connection, I am unable to test it.  The unit is sold as is.  No warranties or guarantees.
I paid close to 00 for this unit.  But I know I cannot get all my money back.  So, it'll be listed at much reasonable price.

Shipping will be via freight.  I just had to select a shipping service in order to list the item and the only option was UPS.  So, it'll be more likely shipped with freight carriers like RL carriers etc.
