    30 Day Return/Exchange Policy: We understand that from time to time the need to return or exchange an item may occur. While we are happy to accept your return or exchange, there are a few steps that need to be followed. Please make sure all conditions are met before your return/exchange is mailed. Contact us through Ebay messaging regarding the nature of your return. We will authorize your return, and assign a return authorization number, along with the return mailing address. All returns must be authorized. Unauthorized returns might result in your return not being processed or returned to buyer. We need to hear from you within 3 days after your package has been delivered if there is a problem or error. The item must be mailed to seller within 30 days of delivery. Otherwise all sales are final. You are responsible for all shipping costs. We are always happy to exchange an item if you are willing to cover round trip shipping costs. Please include with your return/exchange your eBay user id along with the return authorization number. Print the return authorization number on the outside of the package under your return address. If you are exchanging please note the style, color and size you would like in exchange. If the item included a dust bag or was packaged in a manufactures box that must also be returned in the original condition. Please try on the items without removing or damaging tags, zip ties, or tvek bands. No returns or exchanges once the tags, zip ties, or tvek bands are removed or if item has been altered from the original condition. If the item was boxed, all original manufactures packaging and paperwork must be included. Please be sure to get a tracking number and insure the item as you are responsible an item if it is lost or damaged during shipping. Package your item so it will be received in the same original condition. Items that were boxed (shoes, boots, ect), place the box inside a bag or box so the manufactures box is not damaged. DO NOT place the shipping label or any packaging tape onto the manufactures box. This damages the box and it can no longer be considered new in box. If the box is returned with a shipping label or packaging tape affixed to the box you your refund will be reduced by 40%.
