This box of 24 12-card standard-size sets was issued by the St. Vincent Philatelic Services, Ltd.  The peel-away stamps are official legal postage in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The fronts have a head shot of various HOFers in sepia tones on a gold background that fades to red. The borders have a stamp edge design with an inner border of green. A blue banner across the top carries the words Baseball Hall of Fame Heroes and is placed over a baseball. The card's stamp value of .00 is shown in the top right. The lower margin carries the year the player entered the major leagues, his name and final year in the majors. The backs carry the player's name, biography and career statistics.
