Up for consideration is a Gail Pittman USA ceramic pedestal cake/dessert serving plate/stand. The stand is hand painted spruce green, light green & dark red. The plate measures 12" in diameter & approx. 3 1/2" tall.  This piece is in very good used condition---no chips, cracks, repairs or discoloration. Please see photos for condition.
