Lovely CAITHNESS Paperweight

Description

One of the more interesting later production pieces from CAITHNESS Glass. It’s called Cauldron. Photos really do not capture how interesting this weight is, but cauldron is a very good description.
It has an interior of pure white enveloping an interior controlled bubble. Then is a layer of teal glass swirling towards the top of the weight. It’s then wrapped in a layer of beautifully controlled bubbles. It’s like looking into a swirling cauldron of sea water.
I’m not normally a fan of lighting weights from below, but this particular weight is STUNNING when lit.
3” x 3” signed, excellent condition. Minor shelf wear to the base only.
