Art Deco penny weight scale by Mills Novelty Company. Porcelain and cast iron. This is an unrestored original. The back plate has a paper mechanical schematic inside to help with restoration. No key. Very good condition - no chips in the porcelain, some paint loss and scuffing on the scale base. 45" high, 13" wide, 23" deep.
