Q: Are your items authentic, OEM from the manufacturer?
A: Yes, we have accounts with all of the major golf manufacturers, so all products are OEM.
Q: Why does the adapter you sent look different than the one that came out of my club?
A: A lot of adapters are universal, but they do change cosmetically from year to year. For example, if you have an M3 driver and the adapter looks different, it is just from a different model such as the M5.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. There are free returns if there is an error on our part. We will still accept a return if you decide to return an item because it doesn't fit or you ordered the wrong item. If that is the case, we will pay for the return shipping up front, but deduct that cost from the amount we refund back to you. There will also be a 20% restocking fee on any custom built item as this can no longer be listed as “new”.
Q: Do you have .........?
