Presented for your consideration is this neat antique slot machine. It is a Mills Jackpot Liberty Bell Vendor 5 cent, 3 reel slot machine with a metal casing on the front and back and wooden sides. It dates to the early 1930s The front of the machine has an art deco inspired design with colors of copper, red, green and blue. At front and right sides of the machine are viewing windows to show the rolls of mints that would be loaded into the machine and paid out whenever someone played the machine. At the top of the machine is a payout chart and at the very top of the machine is a reel viewing window. The reels show fruit and bells with unusual sayings over the pictures. At the very top of the machine is a coin dispenser with the Liberty Bell pictured underneath it. The slot machine accepts nickels. The top of the machine has an owl on it. Serial numbers can be seen just below the coin slot. The back of the machine easily lifts off to access the mechanisms. The mechanisms look to be in very good condition. We have the keys to open the back but do not have the keys to open the front of the machine. Inside wall of the back has the original label on it.  Would make a great addition to any slot machine, casino or gambling collection!
At the time of listing the machine is in WORKING condition but when nickels are inserted they go out the side as if the machine is rejecting them. Its possible there is something stuck open within the coin insert. Was working fine prior to this issue. The front of the machine is loose as we do not have a key to lock it in place. Light oxidation is on the cash box. Some wear is on the payout chart. Typical wear from age and use. Overall in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
