    Description

    This is the "Spectre."  I hope my photos did justice to this beautiful piece.  I have researched it extensively, and this is the real deal.  You can tell primarily by the remnants of the proper paper label and the limited edition information etching on the bottom.  This is the reason I have several photos of the bottom, so you can zoom in on the identification information.  You should also be able to look at the artistry involved in the controlled bubbles and attached green tendrils.  Apparently the quality control in 1977 at Caithness was impeccable, and this piece shouts Colin Terris.  And for you U.S. buyers it is already here stateside, cutting down significantly on shipping costs.
    While the pattern is "abstract" and called spectre, to me the larger "head" bubble, and smaller bubbles at the end of the eight tendrils reminds me of an octopus.
    This beauty weighs in at approximately 1 lb 7 oz., and is approximately 3" tall x 3.5" wide.
