    One of the earliest fan magazines ever exclusively devoted to Bob Dylan, "Zimmerman Blues," aka "TBZB" or "Talkin' Bob Zimmerman Blues," aka "Changin' " was generally circulated from 1975 through 1979.
    The amateur fanzine was born as a school project of then Boston University student Brian Stibal.  It proved so popular with friends and acquaintances that he decided to keep publishing and expand circulation.
