    Description

Tired of filthy Pink Floyd or Led Zeppelin albums, but don't have a decent way to deep clean those precious vinyl records? Why spend a couple hundred dollars to clean three or four records in a small six (6) liter tank and a small spindle set that only fits a small tank? The Record Rotisserie will fit a six, ten or fifteen liter tank. The Record Rotisserie is designed for use on 15 liter tanks, and will clean 10 records on one spindle.
*** The Record Rotisserie is a motorized spindle system only, you must buy your tank of choice.***
The Record Rotisserie is designed for ease of operation, and can be used on almost any size (or kHz) ultrasonic tank. Optimally designed for use on 15 liter tanks, this spindle system cleans 10 records per spindle load, but can be used on smaller 10 and 6 liter tanks. You will be limited (by width of tank) to cleaning smaller batches.
    Features include:
A full one inch spacing between record surfaces.
Built-in 12v DC 2 RPM motor with wall wart power supply.
Built-in variable speed control lowers rotation from 2 RPM~0.00 RPM.
    On/Off switch.
    LED power indicator lamp.
Drop in loading once housings are clamped onto tank sides.
Grooved spacers with rubber O-rings installed (label protection).
This patent pending design has 2 housings that readily clamp onto opposing sides of the tank, and has machined recesses for spindle bearings incorporated into each housing.
This design makes for very low torque needed for driving the spindle, and maximizes motor life.
The 7mm steel spindle comes with a preinstalled drive gear, and a preinstalled stop collar which sandwich one of the roller bearings. Their position are fixed (set screws) and give the proper set for drive gear engagement and first puck location inside any tank.
