Vintage Argentina Achalay Alpaca + 18k Gold Tea Strainer Straw Signed MP Antique

Nice antique Argentina tea strainer made of alpaca and 18k gold. Comes with an alpaca signed “MP” wooden bowl. Looks to be wood carved and alpaca silver pieces. The bottom piece does pop off but I’m not sure if that’s intentional.
