Vintage Cigarette Themed Penny Coin-op Penny Play 1 cent Counter Top Gaming Machine  READ!!!!

Not really a slot machine, sort of a trade simulator maybe, doesn't dispense any actually goods etc. etc.
I purchased it at a somewhat local estate auction, that was well attended by pretty aggressive buyers, so please don't make offers, because my investment is quite significant.

I put this under slot machines because it doesn't actually dispense anything.  Essentially, you put a penny in, pull the arm and the numbers very briefly rotate.  If certain numbers came up, I guess you would tell the clerk and you would be awarded a certain number of packs of cigarettes based on the award level.  Probably in a bar or maybe in a country store.  This did not and does actually dispense anything.
As far as operation and completeness.  It does
sort of
work.   When you put a penny in, if the penny stays put once in the slot, then the arm does actually function and turn the numbers.  However, it must be missing something inside like a coin catcher or coin holder, because sometimes when you put a penny in, it just falls to the bottom of the inside of the machine and you get no pull of the arm.   I've never seen one of these before, but I'm guessing it must be missing a coin catcher or tray or something, because for now the change just collects on the base of the unit.
