Vintage Spangler Chocolate Drops Candy Box

Description

This Container is the type that would sit on the store counter displaying all the candies in it. It is approx. 13" round x 8" tall. It is in very good condition for it's age. Just a little yellowing of the label and it appears that it had metal clamps to hold the lid on, but there are only two clamps left on it. The inside looks pretty clean. On the top is stamped Wrigley Store #20, from Dearborn Michigan, which was a grocery chain in the Detroit Metro area. I assume that is the store, they were sent to. This is an interesting piece of nostalgia that takes you back to the day when candy was in the big barrel on the counter.
