Very neat old candy dispenser made of glass there are some tiny chips on the bottom of it the metal plate that goes on the bottom is not there and I do believe this one was never painted it was always clear glass as you can see in the photos. Please let the pictures be your description and condition there are no chips on the top of it just some small ones on the bottom that you can't really even see.
