    Unique piece handcrafted by a Ye'kwana artisan.
    New with tag.
    Measures about 5 inches (13 cm) high x 4 inches (10 cm) diameter across the top opening and 3 inches (7.5 cm) diameter at the base.
    This Basket was handcrafted in Minñato fiber woven by artisan Ye'kwana Luz Maria Garcia of the Caura River Basin, Edo. Bolivar, with beautiful design and colors achieved through the fiber dyed with plants.
    The Ye'kwana inhabit the depths of the jungle in the Caura River Basin and other tributaries of the Orinoco River in Venezuela, particularly in Bolivar and Amazonas state. They are a friendly, discreet people and possess a magic-religious relationship with life.
